What happened: I bought the staples hyken chair and got the warranty with the purchase and today I saw the foam for the armrest peeling off and would like to see if my warrant covers that.

What happened: I have worst experienced with this location at Niagara falls. I bought a monitor from there spend *** dollars but with in ** hours I returned it buz i didn’t like the product. However, they didn’t take it back buz when they unopened it screens has sort of bubble or scratcher in there.I told the manager it was not there when i open it and pack it again so I don’t know how it happened im sorry. She said I can’t take this back. She didn’t take any effort to solve the problem keep saying I can’t take it back. I was expecting at least half refund but no nothing was offer to me over *** dollars. Never happened to me that i can return product less than ** hours. Worst experience of my life.

What happened: I received a Staples easy rebate visa debit card in the mail in the fall of **** and shotly thereafter moved. the card got put in a box and only recently when cleaning out the box did i find the card that had expires in March of ****. Obviously i had forgotten about it or i would have used it. i believe that sinse i did what i needed to do to earn the rebate i should be able to redeam it reguardless of the time elapsed. There should be no expireation date on any rebate or earned credit of this nature. One should be able to use a rebate or credit at his own leasure without time limits. i would like Staples to honor the rebate and re isue a new card or check (without expire date) for me to use at any Staples store.
