"Staples actually helped with my marketplace order"
I ordered something from a marketplace seller through Staples, and the tracking basically just sat there without updating, which was a little frustrating—well, not the end of the world, but it did make me nervous. I figured I’d get bounced back to the seller, but Staples support actually stayed on it. They checked into it, followed up with the seller, and got my refund taken care of quickly. It went a lot smoother than I expected, so I’d probably order through them again.

"Return was simple enough"
I had to return an office chair I ordered from Staples.com, and the process was easy. Getting the return label took no time, and my refund showed up a few days after they received the chair. The only thing that annoyed me was the tracking update being slow, I kept checking and waiting for it to move. Not a huge deal in the end, but that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

"Easier Than I Expected"
I ordered online and figured there might be some waiting around or confusion, but the email came through quickly. When I pulled up for curbside, they brought my order out faster than I expected. I also tried in-store pickup another time and that was simple too. Overall, it was way less hassle than I thought it would be.

I used my store credit and the gift card in-store without any trouble. i felt a little trapped having to spend it there instead of just getting my money back, but at least the checkout process was easy and everything went through fine.

Used a coupon on my Staples order. Then sent in the rebate after. Thought it would be a hassle. It really wasn’t. Coupon came off right away. Rebate status was easy to check too. Got the rebate like they said I would. No complaints.

"Warranty claim was way easier than I expected"
I had to use my protection plan for a printer that randomly stopped working after a few months, and I was fully expecting the whole thing to be a headache. Surprisingly, it was actually smooth.
Staples pulled up my info really quickly and walked me through what needed to happen without making it feel complicated. No weird upsell, no back-and-forth runaround, just clear steps and a easy process.
They got the issue taken care of, and I was kind of impressed. Definitely glad I bought the plan, it’s nice when something works the way it’s supposed to.

I’ve used Staples.com a handful of times for office supplies, i don’t get why anyone would act like it’s complicated or sketchy. My account has always worked fine, I haven’t had weird login problems, and the info they ask for is standard stuff you’d expect from any shopping site.
I actually like the sign-in alerts because they make me feel like I’d know right away if someone tried anything. I had to reset my password once, and it was quick and painless. So yeah, from my experience, it’s been easy to use and feels secure enough to me.

"Pretty easy for our office orders"
We use staples.com for our small office account, and it’s been smooth overall. The business account page makes it easy to check old orders and reorder the stuff we’re always buying. We did have one annoying issue where an invoice didn’t show up right away, so whoever runs this definitely needs to tighten that up, but support fixed it after a quick chat. It’s not perfect, but it does save us time.

"Good fix, a little pricey for the wait"
They fixed my laptop and it’s working fine now, so I’m happy with that. I did end up waiting longer than I expected, though, which was a bit frustrating. The price wasn’t terrible, but I’m careful about spending on repairs, so I wish the turnaround had been a little quicker for what I paid

"Super happy with my recent print order"
I just used the Staples print and copy service for some flyers and a few documents I needed the same day, the experience is still fresh in my mind because it went better than I expected.

My order was ready quicker than I thought it would be, and the colors on the flyers came out really nice. The person at the counter was friendly too, and when one of my files had a small issue, they fixed it without making it feel like a hassle.

The price felt fair, pickup was simple, and after how smoothly this last order went, Staples is probably going to be my first choice next time I need quick printing

"Showed Up Right on Schedule"
I ordered a few office supplies from staples, and the delivery actually showed up right when they said it would, which I appreciated. The box wasn’t beat up, everything was inside, and I didn’t have to keep refreshing the tracking page all day. Weirdly, I remember the driver’s scanner made this little chirping noise that sounded like a toy robot, but anyway, the whole thing was easy. I’ve ordered from them a few times now and they’ve been dependable.

"Clean store, easy enough to find what I needed"
I stopped in to grab some printer paper and was actually able to find it quickly. The store was clean for the most part, and the aisles were clear enough to walk through without having to dodge stuff everywhere. Most items seemed to be where they were supposed to be, which I appreciated. The checkout area was a different story though, it looked like someone had been letting it pile up a bit. Still, overall it was a good visit...

Everything showed up in good shape — no bent folders, no damaged paper, nothing weird, and the items I needed were actually in stock. I appreciate when a store does the basic, responsible thing and delivers what they promise without making it complicated. I’d definitely order from them again.
